I've asked that account a few times for help before and they've always helped me. They're not actual wattpad staff though, only ambassadors run those accounts and ambassadors don't have the power remove accounts from wattpad. Only staff does.
I really wish ACTUAL STAFF ran them so that we can actually get the help that we need in situations like this. Thank you for that information - it's appreciated.
